Must be dated after May 1, 2011. Must be completed by August 1 in order to participate in pre season conditioning for 2011 Season.
Practice Pack order form
Practice Pack order form. Player should bring completed order form and check made payable to Oakton High School to practice with him on Wednesday, Aug 10. All remaining equipment and practice packs will be distributed to the players. End time may be as late as 3:45 PM. You may want to send extra food with your player for the afternoon.
Online Team Store for Spirit Items
This flier is for the purchase of spirit wear. All items in the store are optional. A portion of every purchase is donated back to our team. This is an online store and instructions to log on are included on the flier. The store is open now and will close on Monday, August 15th. The socks on the online store are not our game socks. Those are purchased with your practice pack.
