Swimmer of the Year
Bradley Phillips
Oakton, Sr.
Phillips led Oakton to its first boys' state title, winning the 200- and 400-meter freestyles at the Virginia AAA state championship, setting a short-course meters national prep record in the 400 with a time of 3:54.88. He anchored the Cougars' national-record setting 400-meter freestyle relay. Will swim for Virginia.
