Good evening Team,  I wanted to thank everyone for trying out.  I know its not easy to go through a one time tryout under difficult course conditions.  Here is what I have decided to do.  I have a roster of 12 Varsity and JV players based on todays scores and my observations on shot making ability on the course.  I will also keep a practice squad roster with an addtional 4 players.  This roster will be used to help you be on the team and work on your game when possible.  I want the practice squad players to  work at their game on the range when I cannot get them on the course.  I will let the practice squad players know when they will be on the course or on the range practicing.  The overall goal is to be better and work towards being a varsity player in the near future.

*All Practice Squad Players please be at practice tomorrow at International CC. 3pm (Scott and Lee will play 9 holes) Brenda and Spencer will be on range and chipping green.  We will rotate through these players and get everyone time on the course and on the range plus you might get moved on to varsity or JV during the year.

Golf does not provide transportation to and from practice and matches.  All players will be responsible for getting rides to and from the matches and practices.  The exceptions will be for tournaments out of the area.  I will provide the transportation for these events. I have forms  for any students who will be driving another team member to and from practice.

Please remember to  turn in your forms BEFORE the first day of tryouts.  You will not be permitted to tryout unless this is completed.  There will be no exceptions.
