Kamide is in his second season with the Oakton baseball program, and his first with the varsity team ... Served as the junior varsity head coach last spring ... Will coach the varsity team's infielders this season ... Previously served as a varsity assistant coach at James Madison High School in Vienna from 2005-07, and as a varsity assistant coach at Centreville High School in Clifton from 2008-11 ... Coached with the Hungarian National Baseball and Softball Federation in 2011, and then as the head coach of the Tempo Titans Praha Baseball Club in Prague, Czech Republic in 2012 ... Led the Titans to a 26-4 record in Czech Baseball Association play as well as a Division 2 national championship and promotion to the first division, known as the Extraliga ... Has coached with the Vienna Mustangs, Great Falls Nationals and Demarini Stars travel programs in the offseason ... Serves as a hitting and infield instructor and Little League Camp director with MVP Baseball ... Will coach the infielders with the Herndon Braves of the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League this summer ... Attended Herndon High School and George Mason University ... Resides in Reston.
