Captains Practices
The Captains practices started on June 18th and continue through late July and will take place on the following days and times each week:
• Monday’s: 8am, W&OD in Vienna, meet at caboose (across the street from 131 Church St NE, Vienna, VA 22180)
• Wednesday’s: 8am, Oak Marr, meet at back of parking lot
• Saturday’s: 8am, Lake Fairfax

The Captains for the Cross Country team hold practices throughout the summer until the regular season. These are great for the athletes to have others to run with, get to know each other, etc. So, it is definitely worth the effort to attend these practices.

Summer Training and information packets were handed out at the interest meeting.

I hope all of the athletes are enjoying some well-deserved relaxation away from school and I look forward to seeing everyone on July 30th for paperwork and July 31st for the start of practice (all practices will be at 7AM)!
