Field Hockey (NOTE CHANGES TO TRYOUTS from the original newsletter):  Optional Conditioning sessions will be held at 6:30 on the following dates.  Meet on the track wearing running shoes: 7/13, 7/15, 7/20/, 7/22, 7/27.  Tryouts begin 8/11 for all squads and will be 8 AM – 10:30AM and 5-6:30 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Practices will start Friday.  Bring a stick, mouth guard, shin guards, and water.  Visit the field hockey pages at www.oaktonathletics.org for updates.
