Even with the rain slowing down at 2:45, the courts will be soaked and will need several hours to dry.  We will meet tomorrow directly after school at Nottaway Park.  Please have your mask, tennis gear, and at least 32 ounces of water.  Thank you

Don't forget that you MUST have turned in all necessary paperwork and physical to the activities office before you may tryout.

Tryout  Guidelines

***Tryouts will be held at Nottaway Park, Vienna Va. from April 12th-16th.  There is NO transportation to or from Nottaway***

Monday-Friday, April 12-16,  Nottaway Park tennis courts 3:30-5:00

Each student trying out will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 days on court, and should come prepared with weather appropriate clothing.   Bring racquets, tennis shoes, and WATER.  

Spring sports registration will be entirely electronic this year.  Follow this LINK.  

If this is your first time accessing this system you will need to set up an account and have your FCPS student ID available.  

Everyone MUST have a fully completed VHSL physical, emergency care form, and both player and parent completed concussion courses.  You will NOT be able to attend tryouts without these 3 items showing as completed.

Ultimately, player selection will be at the coaches discretion and may be affected by maturity and experience of players

Number to be selected:  18 + 2 managers

PRACTICE COMMITMENT:  Practice daily @ 3:15.  Saturday practice may be necessary depending on the weather.GAME COMMITMENTS:  8 regular season matches, district tournament, region, and state competition for qualifying individuals/teams.  VHSL season dates:  April 12-June 13
